Q AND A WITH SAM HILL

If you had one question to ask Word Enduro Series defending champion Sam Hill what would it be? WestCycle’s Glenn Te Raki catches up with Sam Hill at Subaru Osborne Park as part of the WA Cycling Community Grant Program launch. Off the back of his 2017 World Enduro Series win, Sam Hill is off to a ripper start for the 2018 Series, taking out three out of the first four events. Find out more about Sam Hill here.
Hear Sam talk about his career from growing in Western Australia and his favourite trails when he is home, all the way to the world stage. When asked how he got into mountain biking as a child Sam said:
“As a kid I grew up riding a bike, BMX, motorbikes and that sort of thing. I had an older brother, He and his mates got into mountain biking. I went to a local race at the Goat Farm and tackled it on my BMX and fell in love with the sport and it snowballed from there.”
